1. How long will it take to receive my order?

All Moodscape Shop products are crafted fresh just for you! Here's what to expect:

2. Where will my order ship from?

We work with a trusted print-on-demand fulfillment network with facilities worldwide! Your order will be printed and shipped from the location closest to you for faster delivery and reduced environmental impact.

3. How can I track my order?

You'll receive a tracking link via email as soon as your order ships. If you have any questions about tracking or your shipment, please contact us at orders@moodscapeshop.com

4. My order should have arrived by now, but I don't have it. What should I do?

Before contacting us, please help us by:

  • Checking your shipping confirmation email for any address mistakes

  • Asking your local post office if they have your package

  • Checking with neighbors in case the courier left it with them

  • Looking around your property (porches, side doors, mailroom, etc.)

If you still can't locate your package, please contact us at orders@moodscapeshop.com with your order number.

5. What is your return policy?

✅ We accept returns/exchanges for: Wrong items, damaged products, or significant print quality issues

❌ We cannot accept returns for: Change of mind, wrong size ordered, or color differences due to monitor variations

6. I received a wrong or damaged product. What should I do?

We're so sorry this happened! To help us resolve this quickly:

  • Contact us within 14 days of delivery

  • Email orders@moodscapeshop.com with:

    • Your order number

    • Photos of the damaged/wrong product

    • Brief description of the issue

We'll review your case and provide a replacement or refund as appropriate.

7. What about sizing issues?

Since all items are made-to-order, we cannot exchange items for different sizes. Please carefully review our size charts before ordering. If you're unsure about sizing, please contact us before placing your order.

8. The colors look different than on my screen. Can I return it?

Colors may appear differently due to screen settings and printing processes. Our vendors use high-quality, eco-friendly inks, but some variation is normal and not grounds for return. We recommend checking your monitor's color calibration if you're concerned about color accuracy.

9. How long do I have to report an issue?

Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order if you experience any quality issues, wrong items, or damage. This helps us address problems quickly and improve our service.

10. What if my product has a smell when it arrives?

Sometimes there might be a slight vinegar-like smell on new garments. Don't worry! This is temporary and comes from our eco-friendly printing process. The smell will dissipate after a few days and completely disappear after the first wash.

11. I notice some discoloration on my apparel. Is this normal?

You may notice some light discoloration or off-white residue on new apparel. This is not a stain and will wash off after the first wash cycle. Our garments use the latest printing technology with water-based, eco-friendly inks.

Tip: If you receive a product with marks, please wash it first before reporting an issue. Most marks will disappear with washing!

12. What if I provided the wrong shipping address?

If your package is being returned due to an incorrect address, we'll contact you via email. You can choose to have us reship the order, but please note:

  • You'll be responsible for additional shipping costs

  • Please double-check your new address carefully

  • We'll hold returned packages for 30 days while you decide

13. How can I avoid address errors?

To ensure smooth delivery:

  • Double-check your complete address before submitting

  • Include apartment/unit numbers

  • Ensure your name matches what's on your mailbox

  • Use a daytime delivery address if possible
